To take advantage of our 30-Day Return Policy, simply notify us before 8:00 p.m. EST on the 30th day following your purchase. You are permitted up to two exchanges during this period, allowing you to explore different vehicles and find the perfect fit. Please note that while you can exchange two vehicles, the third vehicle obtained will not be covered by our return policy. This ensures that you have multiple opportunities to discover the right classic car for you without any pressure. During the 30-day evaluation period, you can drive your vehicle up to 400 miles. This mileage allowance is designed to give you ample time to assess the vehicle’s performance and comfort. If you exceed the 400-mile limit, a fee of $1.00 for each additional mile driven will apply. We prioritize transparency, ensuring that you won’t encounter any unexpected fees when returning your vehicle within the designated timeframe. It’s essential to remember that there are certain conditions under which a vehicle cannot be returned. For instance, if the vehicle has been involved in an accident, damaged, or modified from its original condition, it will not be eligible for return. Additionally, if you decide to keep the vehicle, we will begin the registration process after the 30-day period, ensuring a hassle-free transition to ownership. Initiating a return or exchange is straightforward. Simply reach out to your assigned agent via email or phone during our business hours, which are Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. They will guide you through the process and help you schedule the return appointment at a time that works best for you. In addition to our 30-Day Return Policy, every vehicle purchased from Red Hawk Auto includes a complimentary limited warranty that covers you for 100 days or 4,189 miles, whichever comes first.
